Einstein Challenge

Complete the following challenges:

 

  1. Math Facts to Memorize (100 points possible)

 

  1. Math Problems (500 points possible)
    • Each problem worth up to 10 points

 

  1. Math Literature / Book Report (100 points possible)

 

  1. Science Literature / Book Report (100 points possible)
    • Biography or approved historical fiction related to an important scientist or scientific discovery, or other teacher pre-approved choice

 

  1. Science Facts to Memorize and be able to List or Explain (80 points possible)

 

  1. At-Home Labs (up to 100 points possible)
    • Lab choices will be given out as we study each unit (20 points per lab)

 

  1. Technology Activities  (up to 120 points possible)
    • Create a “Hot List” on a math or science topic.  Find at least 10 websites that address this topic in informative, accurate and interesting ways Describe and evaluate each site (20 points per subject)
    • Create a PowerPoint tutorial on a math or science topic (20 points per subject)
    • Create a Thinking Map Portfolio on a math or science topic (20 points per subject)

 

  1. Science Report – Endangered Species (50 points possible)
